Customer Service jobs

With a number of call centres and processing centres, you can imagine that there’s the full spectrum of customer service, admin support and agent roles too in many different departments.

In a support role, you could help our mortgage agents or retail network by carrying out customer and product related processing, so that they can look after their customers better. You’d be helping the centre meet its targets too.

As an agent in Manchester, Edgbaston or Glasgow, you would also be looking after the admin associated with customer and product related processing, working with our people so that standards of service are consistently high.

At a more senior level in those locations you could deal with the more complex and demanding cases, which would see you manage escalations and challenging customer enquiries. You could also handle outbound calls to find out more complex information and carry out the more complicated processing associated with some transactions.

What’s certain is that you will be able to progress in these major centres, making customers’ lives easier along the way and using your admin and service skills to the best of your ability.
