Call Centre

Personal and Premier Bankers

If you’re a great relationship builder, then you’ll thrive as one of our Personal or Premier Bankers at Barclays. We want you to develop a real rapport with your customers, whether they have a Barclays Bank Account or Premier Current Account – to gain their trust and confidence, and to establish a clear picture of their individual needs.

We’re built around collaboration, so you’ll then liaise closely with your colleagues in-branch to identify products and services that fit the customer perfectly. The closer you work with your team, the stronger the relationship with the customer will become. We’ll be especially impressed when you maximise customer satisfaction by listening to their needs and finding the right solutions to meet them.

This is a role that calls for brilliant interpersonal skills combined with a broad knowledge of banking products and services. You’ll know how to deliver great customer service.

Here at Barclays we like to make our customers lives easier, as a result our call centres are open 354 days of the year, between the hours of 7 am and 11pm, so we’re able to provide our team members with a range of shift patterns, and will do our very best to offer you the shift which best suits your needs.
